Barbcued Chicken
Chicken parts
I generally use either 6 to 8 chicken breasts or 10 to 12
boneless chicken breast, but have
also used legs & thighs or a whole chicken to do this.
1 8 oz. bottle French Dressing
1 tsp. vinegar
1 stick butter
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
Mix French Dressing, vinegar, butter & Worchistershire Sause & heat
until
butter melts. Flour and brown chicken (use as little oil or butter as
possible) Put chicken into slow cooker or baking dish; pour dressing
mixture over browned chicken.
If baking; Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 mins; turn oven
to
350 and continued to cook untill done. ( This will depend on type of
chicken
used)
In Crock POt: Cook on high 1 hour. Lower heat to low & continued to
cook
for 3 hours.
