Add chile sauce, ketchup, barbcue sauce, salt & pepper, & seasonings stirring well to blend. Cook on high about half hour and then turn to low & continue to cook untill ready to serve meal. Is done enough to eat with in 2 hours or less. ( but can cook most of day on low) SEASONINGS. Here again it isa matter of taste. I add thyme, marjaroum, & oregano but your favorites can be used. Also if I haven't used enough onions or garlic I can add additional powders of them. This is also good to use as a sauce for coneys.
