This recipe came about because I ran out of tartar sauce when we were having fish one night for supper. I didn't have a recipe to follow so created my own and after that it was taboo to buy any tartar sauce at the store.
This is really easy to make, one thing I have done different since the recipe was first made is to use dill relish instead of sweet relish. This is more an option for your taste.
The nice thing about my recipes is that the amounts are optional for you taste when it cames to the spices or you can even substitute or leave something out if you want.
I don't usually use fresh lemon juice but real lomon.
