I was buying those boxed sesoing packets for potatoes. One day I decided I wanted the seassoned potaotes and didn't have any. So i did my own.
It is better to fix these in the oven other than in a skillet I have found. especially if you have added a dry cheese mix to the spices.
You can buy dry cheese mix, but I often o\have some of the packs from the macaroni and cheese dinners becaue I needed the macorini for something else.
When I use dry cheese mix I like to min the seasonings and potatoes together and then add the cheeese mix. I then put them on a cookie sheet that I ghave sprayed withone of the pams and put in oven and bake until they are browned.
