I have to make some comments about this  recipe. this is one that mymother came up with. My Dad would not eat mayonise (long story). So she needed something to  use in dishes like potato salad, macoroni slad, and slaw. 
  
 If I remember right she got this from a newspaper, but I am not sure.
  
 It is delecious on the slads mentioned. 
  
 there is one draw back, it seperates after a few days where using mayo soes not.
  
 I would definetely recommnend it as an alternative for those that  don't like mayo or for a little different taste, especially for the holidays.
