Cranberry Chutney
16 ounces cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup celery -- chopped
1 medium apple -- chopped
1 tablespoon orange peel -- grated
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Heat cranberries, sugar and water to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
