SAUSAGE STUFFING BALLS
 
  This recipe has been in my recipe box for nearly 35 years...it always reminds me of wonderful meals with family and friends. - Susan Young; Madison, Alabama
  1 lb. ground sausage, browned 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup onion, diced 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup butter, melted
  Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  Place sausage, celery and onion in a skillet; heat until vegetables are tender. 
  Transfer to a bowl; toss with stuffing mix. Stir in cranberries, egg, chicken broth and butter; mix well. 
  Shape into 8 10 balls; arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. 
  Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. 
  Servings: 8-10    |
