Peach & Raspberry Ice Cream
Servings: Makes about 1 1/2 quarts
Ingredients
3 medium peaches, pared, seeded and mashed
1 cup fresh or thawed frozen red raspberries, pureed
2 cups half-and-half or whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can Sweetend Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Few drops red and yellow food coloring (optional)
Instructions
In ice cream freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Freeze according to manufacturer' instructions. Freeze leftovers.
Notes: Tip: For larger ice cream makers, recipe can be doubled.
Refrigerator-Freezer Method: Whip whipping cream. In large bowl, combine
peaches, raspberries, EAGLE BRAND®, vanilla and almond extract and food
coloring (optional); mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9x5-inch
loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Freeze leftovers.
