Baked Pork Chops with Pineapple

Makes 4 Servings
4 pork chops
2 cups crushed pineapple
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Place pineapple with juice in large greased baking dish. Place sliced
sweet potatoes over pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Place pork chops on top of sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for one hour, then uncover and bake at 450 degress for 10
minutes. Makes 4 servings
