Rhubarb Crunch Pie
1 unbaked pie shell
3 cups cut up rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
Salt
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup softened margarine
Put the first four ingredients (rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, 3 T flour & Salt) in pie shell. Mix well with your hands. Next, in a bowl mix the remaining flour, sugar and margarine. Sprinkle this mixture over the pie. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
