TACO SALAD
(Serves 6)
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 pound ground turkey
1 can (15-ounce) chili beans
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 medium head lettuce, torn into pieces
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large avocado, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (2 1/2-ounce) sliced black olives
1 package tortilla chips, crumbled
French, Italian, or Thousand Island salad dressing

D I R E C T I O N S
Brown ground turkey in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chili beans, salt, and chili powder. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes. In large salad bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, onion, and olives. Add turkey mixture and tortilla chips and toss gently with dressing. Serve with taco sauce on the side.
