Quick and Easy Chicken Pizza Supreme Ingredients 1 pound Ground Chicken 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 2 12-inch prepared pizza crusts 1 cup bottled pizza sauce 1 1/2 cups (about 6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained 1 bell pepper, sliced 1/2 small onion, sliced Instructions - Preheat oven to 425° F. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken, crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning; cook, stirring often, about 10 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
