Backyard Burgers
1 LB. Ground Chicken
2 teaspoons OLD BAY seasoning
Directions:
Combine ground chicken with Old Bay. Mix gently. Shape into four patties. Grill until burgers reach internal temperature of 1645 degrees F., turning once.
Alternative:
Combine ground chicken with 1 teaspoon garlic salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Shape and grill. Top with a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese to melt just as the burgers are finishing up.
