Cheesy Chicken Casserole
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. milk
1 can Cheddar cheese or chicken soup
1 c. water
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 c. white wine
1 pkg. noodles
In a slow cooker, place broccoli, milk, soup and water; stir. Add cheeses and spices; stir. Add chicken, stir. Cook about 2-3 hours on high or 3-5 hours on low. Add wine during last 1/2 hour. Cook noodles as directed. Serve chicken casserole over noodles when done. Makes 6-8 servings.
