Grilled Chicken Pizza Mexicana
 
  2 cups shredded taco-flavored cheese 1 pkg (16 oz) original pizza crust 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken 2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
 
  Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
 
  Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza crust. Top with remaining ingredients. 
 
  Cover and grill pizza 4-6 inches from medium heat 8-10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.  |
