1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 (4 tablespoons) envelope onion soup ,mix
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
24 small dinner rolls
!. preheat oven to 400 degrees
2.Hamburgers: mix first 6 ingredients and press into a 10 x 15
jelly roll pan
3. prick with fork
4. bake 10 minutes
5. drain off excess juice
6. cool
7. cut into 24 squares
8. place squares onto dinner rolls
Optional: top with cheese, pickles, or a sauce made by mixing
1/2 cup ketchup with 1/2 cup mustard
