Barbecue Beef on Corn Muffins

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can (141/2 oz) diced tomatoes in juice
1 can (11 oz) Mexican-style corn, drained
1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
11/2 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
4 purchased corn muffins, cut in half
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up clumps with a wooden spoon, 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Add remaining ingredients except cilantro and muffins, bring to a simmer and cook uncovered 5 minutes to develop flavors.
3. Meanwhile heat broiler and place muffins cut sides up on a baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
4. Stir cilantro into beef mixture; remove from heat. Spoon over muffins.
