Crab on English Muffins
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, softened 1/2 cup grated, sharp cheese 1 ( 6ounce) tin crab meat 1 ( 7 ounce ) tin of small shrimp, chopped 2 Tablespoons grated onion 1 teaspoon lemon juice 8 English muffins ,halved Cayenne pepper to taste Paprika
Cream together butter and cheese. add crab, shrimp, onion and lemon juice. mix well. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and paprika. Place under the grill (broiler) until brown. Each muffin may be decorated with an additional tiny shrimp. These freeze nicely before they are broiled.
