Crunchy Crab Dish
  
 3 Tbls. butter
 1 lb. crabmeat
 8-3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple,
 drained and juice reserved
 1/2 C celery, sliced
 2 Tbls cornstarch
 2 C chicken broth
 1/2 C slivered almonds, toasted
 1 Tbls lemon juice
 5 oz can chow mein noodles
  
  
 Melt butter in a skillet; add crabmeat, pineapple and
 celery.  Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.  
 Set aside.  Dissolve cornstarch in reserved juice; stir into crab
 mixture.  Gradually pour in broth, simmer until thick.   Mix
 in almonds and lemon juice; serve over chow mein noodles.
 Serves 6
