Shamrock Grilled Cheezies
*Kids love these!!!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp each of chopped fresh parsley, basil & dill
8 slices american cheese
8 slices sandwich bread
butter, melted
Mix together mayonnaise, & chopped herbs; set aside.
Place 2 slices of cheese on each of 4 bread slices; top with remaining bread. Brush outsides of sandwiches with butter. Using a shamrock shaped cookie cutter, cut sandwich into shape.
Place large non stick skillet over med heat till hot. Add sandwiches; cook 4-5 minutes per side or till sandwiches are golden brown.
Serve with herb dip on side.
Makes 4 servings.
