Spring Pea Salad
10-oz frozen peas
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup sliced diced green onion
1 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup crisp-cooked bacon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
Rinse peas in hot water. Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, green onion, cashews, bacon, and sour cream. Mix dressing, mustard, and garlic together and pour over vegetable mixture. Toss gently; chill.
