CORN FOR FREEZING
6 c. corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
Bring to a boil simmer for 1 minute. Cool quickly. Bag and freeze. Use Ziploc freezer bags.
CREAM STYLE CORN FOR FREEZING
sweet corn.
1 qt. water
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
Bring to boil in large, heavy pan, stirring constantly with potato masher. Boil 10 minutes. Watch carefully or will scorch. Cool in flat pan as quickly as possible. Put in freezer containers and freeze.
