Ham Loaf
3/4 lb ground ham
3/4 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onions
1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
pepper to taste
Glaze;
1/2 cup brown suagr
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
In a large mixing bowl, mix ham, pork, eggs, onions, cracker or bread crumbs, milk, & pepper together until well blended. Form into a loaf, then place in a greased loaf pan.
Make the glaze by mixing brown sugar, dry mustard, & vinegar together until smooth.
Pour glaze over top of ham loaf.
Bake at 350~f. for 1 1/4 hours, or till well browned. Baste occasionally with glaze during baking.
**You can also add 8-oz can crushed pineapple & juice to glaze.
Makes 6-8 servings.
