HAWAIIAN SUPPER
Serves 9 Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups cooked rice
Dash pepper
Dash ground cloves
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 1/2 cups chopped ham
2 tablespoons fat Sauce:
3/4 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Dash cloves
Dash pepper
Pineapple tidbits
Directions:
Brown in 2 tablespoons fat, peppers and ham.
Add to rice, dash pepper, ground cloves and
butter. Set aside.
Sauce:
Mix all ingredients for sauce together, add sauce
to ham mixture, cook until thickened. Add
pineapple tidbits and heat.
Serve over rice.
