Maple Syrup Glazed Ham
1 precooked ham (2.5 lb for this amount of syrup) 2 Tbsp artificially sweetened maple syrup
Place ham in baking dish. Make several cuts into the "skin" of the ham with a sharp knife. Pour the maple syrup over the ham.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. (The ham will appear to be burnt, don't worry, it's not, it's the maple syrup that has carmalized.)
Remove from the oven and allow to rest a few minutes. Cut with a sharp knife (It will be hard to cut into at first because the "skin" will be hard, but once you get through the skin it your knife will go through almost immediately.)
Note: THE HAM WILL LOOK AS IF IT HAS BEEN BURNT..IT ISN'T!!
