Fried Rabbit
Cottontails have tender meat when full grown and they're fed well .. and ... they don't take long to cook up.
1 rabbit 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 1 diced onion Cooking fat Juice of 1/4 lemon
Roll cut up pieces of rabbit in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat in four to five tablespoons cooking fat. After the meat is browned, put in diced onions ad lemon juice. Cook til done.
