| Instructions |
| 1. In medium bowl, combine salsa ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. 3. Rub peel into both sides of veal chops. 4. Grill chops over medium coals 12-14 minutes to medium doneness, turning occasionally. 5. Serve chops with salsa. |
