Beer Mop
12 ounces beer
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil, preferably canola or corn
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dry Rub {see recipe below}
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat the mop and use it warm.
Makes about 3 cups.
Dry Rub;
3/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a cool, dry place.
Makes about 2 cups rub.
