Quick Crust Pizza
2 cups flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 cup Wesson oil
2/3 cup milk
1-1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella, Jack or Cheddar cheese

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan cheese and oregano in a
large mixing bowl. Measure oil and milk into one measuring cup, do not
mix. Pour all at once into flour mix. Stir until mixture forms a ball.
Roll each between sheets of wax paper to fit a 15" pizza pan. Place
crusts in pans and form edges. Bake before putting sauce on for 5 to 10
minutes. Spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese as
desired. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes two 15" pizza crusts.
