Mushroom Pasta
3 cans mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
milk or evaporated milk
salt & peper
medium to large onion diced
2 stalks of celery diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
16 oz. pasta
2 -3 tablespoon butter
seasonings to taste
- chicken or steak seasoning*
- cayenne powder
- thyme
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Saute mushrooms, onion, garlic, and celery in butter.
To drained pasta add mushroom mixture, spices, both cans of soup and milk. Heat until sauces are hot.
* I use the steak or chicken seasoning to go along with the meat of the meal. If beef based I use the steak sesoning and pultry the chciken sesoning.
