Lazy Lasagna
1/2 to 1 lb lean ground beef 1 24-28 oz jar spaghetti sauce 3/4 cup water 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, crushed 1-12 oz carton cottage cheese or ricotta 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 12 oz lasagna noodles, uncooked 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Put 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of slow cooker. Add water and Italian seasoning to jar and shake well. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, broken to fit). Break up ground beef and dot over noodles. Top with 1/3 each of cottage cheese or ricotta and parmesan and 1/4 of mozzarella. Pour about 1/4 of water and spaghetti sauce mix over cheeses. Repeat from Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. Ending with noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Do NOT Overcook. If no one is available to turn this on mid morning, use a timer to start the slow cooker.
