SPAGHETTI PIE
6 oz. spaghetti pasta
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella
Cook pasta and drain. While warm combine with eggs and Parmesan
cheese. Pour into a well greased 10 inch pie plate. Melt butter and
saute the onions. Stir in sour cream and pour over spaghetti mixture.
Crumble and cook sausage. Drain it and add tomato paste and water to
it. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour over onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25
minutes. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella on top and return to oven until
melted. Freezes well before baking
