Alfredo Sauce
1 cup heavy cream 3 TBSP butter salt 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese pepper nutmeg Fettucine noodles
Heat 2/3 cup of the cream and all the butter - simmer over medium heat, less than 1 minute, until thickened. Turn heat off while cooking noodles. Drain noodles, add to butter/cream mixture. Turn heat back on to low, add the rest of the cream, cheese, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg, toss briefly.
