Angel Hair Pasta With Pimiento
1 4 Oz. Jar Sliced Pimiento, undrained
¼ Lb. Angel Hair Pasta
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Dash of Garlic Powder
Drain Pimiento, reserving 1 tsp. juice; Set aside. Break pasta into thirds.
Cook in boiling water in a large saucepan until tender but still firm. Drain
well. Place in a warm serving bowl with pimientos, 1 tsp. pimiento juice,
Parmesan cheese, chives, olive oil and garlic powder. Toss well to coat before serving.
