Quick Fruit Cobbler
 
  1 stick of butter or margarine 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 cup fruit, or more if want more 1 teaspoon vanilla
  Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 11 pan. Mix flour and sugar  together and gradually add milk to this mixture until mixed  well. Add vanilla.
  Pour into pan. Add fruit and bake 350' oven 35-40 minutes or  until golden brown. Enjoy!!! Wonderful with ice-cream or milk  while hot!
