Warm Cherry Puff

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
1/2 cup Bisquick Baking Mix, Reduce Fat
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons butter, softened
21 ounces cherry pie filling
Blend milk, eggs, Bisquick mix, sugar, almond extract and butter in blender for 15 seconds or beat on high for 1 minute with mixer. Pour into a greased 10" pie pan or a 7x11" baking pan. Spoon cherry filling over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
