Sand Tarts
1 cup butter 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 tablespoon water 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 4 cups flour, sifted
Combine all ingredients and work into a dough. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutters. Brush with egg white, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; press nut in center. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 8-10 minutes.
