PREHEAT OVEN TO 450F. GREASE A 12 INCH ROUND PIZZA PAN FOR SOFT CRUST.
STIR ENVELOPE OF PIZZA CRUST MIX & HOT TAP WATER UNTIL MOISTENED, BEAT 20 TIMES. COVER & LET STAND 5 MINUTES SO DOUGH WILL BE EASY TO PRESS.
PRESS DOUGH INTO 12 INCH CIRCLE ON PIZZA PAN, USING FLOURED FINGERS. BAKE ON LOWEST OVEN RACK POSITION 12 - 17 MINUTES. CAN SPRINKLE CRUST WITH SESAME SEEDS, POPPY SEEDS IF DESIRED.

1/2 C PIZZA SAUCE
2 T PREPARED MUSTARD
3/4 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF OR GROUND TURKEY BREAST MEAT, OR ANY LUNCHEON MEAT SLICES CUT UP, FOR ME THEY MUST BE LOW FAT
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
1 SMALL ONION, THINLY SLICED
1 C SHREDDED FAT FREE CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 C SHREDDED LETTUCE
1 MEDIUM TOMATO, SLICED
1/2 C DILL PICKLE SLICES
1/2 C PARMESAN CHEESE
BROWN THE GROUND BEEF, ADD ONION ANY GARLIC AND COOK TILL VEGGIES ARE TENDER. CUT UP AND PILE THE OTHER INGREDIENTS ON EXCLUDING LETTUCE & TOMATO. PUT THESE ON AFTER PIZZA COMES OUT OF THE OVEN. BAKE AT 350F FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESES ARE COMPLETELY MELTED.
