1-2# boneless pork loins (3/4 to 1" thick) 1 -15oz or larger can of crushed pineapple (do not drain) 2 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Nutmeg 1 tbsp Honey 4 oz water
Combine pineapple, spices, honey and water. Stir well, add pork. Cook on high for 3-4hrs if meat is frozen. Once it is "fork tender", Enjoy :D
