Butter Chicken
Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast
2 tbsps tandoori masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsps crushed tomatoes
2 tbsps crushed fried onions
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup whipping cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
Wash chicken, slice lengthwise in strips 1/2 inch thick. Marinate in oil and 1 tbsp tandoori masala for 10 minutes, place on baking sheet and bake in a
300 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large pan bring just to the boil.
Add the chicken, cover lower heat allow to simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve with white rice or basmati rice and enjoy.
