Oven Fried Turkey
...No Browning ... No Turning ... No Carving !!!
3 cups packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix (or make your own) 1 4-to-6 pound ready to cook fryer-roaster turkey, cut up Salt Pepper 3/4 cup butter melted
Crush stuffing finely. (Will equal about 1 1/2 cups.) Sprinkle turkey pieces with salt and pepper. Brush with melted butter and roll in the stuffing crumbs. Place the pieces skin side up in a greased large shallow baking pan. Don't crowd the pieces. Drizzle with any remaining butter. Cover the pan with foil and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour. (350* F) Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until tender. Serves 6 to 8.
