LATTICE-TOPPED TURKEY PIE
2 cups chopped cooked turkey 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen tiny peas 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1 cup mayonnaise 3 dashes hot sauce 1 can (8 oz) crescent dinner rolls 2 tsp sesame seeds
Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350* F for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
