Lemon Turkey
1 1/2 pounds plain turkey cutlets 1 1/2 tsp. cooking oil
Lemon Sauce 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup water 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
sprinkle of paprika 1 tsp. liquid sweetener
Brush turkey with cooking oil. Broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side until cooked. Lemon Sauce; Combine first four ingredients in small saucepan. Mix well and heat and stir until it boils and thickens. Makes 1 cup. Serve over the turkey.
