Tuna Salad Sandwich Prep: 10 min. - 11 ounces canned water-packed albacore tuna
- 1 tsp. dehydrated onion
- 2 ounces celery, chopped
- 1 ounce sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 ounces reduced fat mayonnaise
- 8 slices whole grain bread
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide mixture between half the bread slices. Top with remaining slices of bread.
