Ingredients: 1 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 9-inch pastry shells, unbaked 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup milk 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup chopped green pepper 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
Preparation: In a bowl, combine sausage and cheese. Divide the mixture into the two pastry shells. Combine eggs, milk, onion and peppers. Pour over the sausage mixture in the pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand five minutes; then cut and serve.
