1/3 cup diced celery 2/3 cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 cup flour 3 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 4 ounces dried beef, chopped 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
Saute celery and mushrooms in butter in large saucepan or skillet. Stir in flour and paprika. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Stir in dried beef and olives. Heat thoroughly.
