Sounds like they got the latest from the company's "trash and trinkets" catalog, a new coffee/insulated cup.  Like that will make everything all better.  It will take more than that, like RESPECT for the work they do and the customers they keep.

every month this call center goes into competition with the 4 other centers where all the sales stats are added up and the winner gets a trophy cup.. so for a day people parade up and down the cubes with a friggin bull horn and scream out about kicking logans butt.. its a waste of time and energy and annoys our customers. I have no time for petty pecker contests which serves as nothing more than as distraction from the whole call center closures and layoffs next year

Just think about how much those items cost to get to the employees...and when you get these things you just throw them away.

One year they mailed us a bunch of crap in an envelope....$2.45 for postage....we all marked them return to sender and put them all back in the mailbox
