Any other place out there have to enter your login time within 5 min of your shift?  Make a break ticket, then complete it when you return, Make Lunch ticket and complete it when your finished and again, another Break ticket.  Manager said it will generate reports and would lead to disciplinary "Steps".  We are in the CO.  Manager says that everyone in Seattle is suppose to start doing this.
It doesn't get any better than this.
Anyone hear of any layoffs?

yeah we were told to do that also. i also am in washington. i would recommend making the ticket sitting there or work for 15mins for the break or 30 for lunch close the ticket and then take your time having a relaxing break or lunch. There are so many ways to beat their little numbers game. CQUE is a joke!

Our local got a copy of it and is checking to see if the company can do this.  I believe it has to be done companywide, not just a sectioned out workgroup.  And of course the union did not know about this.  It's funny to watch your manager lie thru his teeth,  when you ask him if this was okayd by the union.  Our whole group refused to sign it.  We just passed the copies back to the front in one big mess.
