| So, the newest bit from my arena. Sales will now be broken into three regions. Central, Western, Eastern. So if you are a rep in Idaho you will talk to Idaho customers, Arizona rep, Arizona customers etc. Could get interesting as we have been told that the calls will not overflow from one region to the next. In other words one area could have 300 customers waiting on hold while another center only has 2. Gonna make that 92% availability objective pretty interesting for the busier centers. Anyway...just passing along the love. Can't wait to see how it all pans out. |
