To give some an idea as to what it costs to provide the minimum for a family, this report was just compiled and published in Washington State.  So, we our members are earning considerably less than this in many positions at Qwest, it's no wonder that they aren't focused on 'the job' or are in a hurry to get to that second job.  The money required doesn't include a daily drive-thru at Starbucks, that would amount to another 50 cents an hour needed to support that habit for one person.
